1. PARTNER PROGRAM

Work with Freunde Abo and earn by promoting the platform through advertising integrations and content placements.

We offer flexible collaboration models for creators, influencers, and media partners.

1.1 Collaboration Models

We offer two main models:

1.1.1. Fixed Payment

You receive a pre-agreed fee for publishing an advertising integration (video, post, story, etc.).

1.1.2. Performance-Based (UTM Model)

You receive a unique UTM link.

If a user:

— clicks your link;

— purchases a subscription within 30 days;

you earn a reward for each such user.

The reward amount is agreed individually.

1.2. Compensation and Payment Terms

Compensation depends on the selected collaboration model.

1.2.1. Fixed Payment

In case of fixed payment:

— the compensation amount is agreed prior to the placement;

— payment is made based on mutual agreement after approval of the integration and before publication, unless otherwise agreed;

— publication of the integration is обязательством партнёра after receiving payment, unless otherwise agreed;

— format, scope, and timing are agreed in advance.

1.2.2. Performance-Based (UTM Model)

In case of performance-based cooperation:

You receive a reward for each user who:

— clicks your unique UTM link;

— is a new user of the platform;

— completes and pays for a subscription;

— makes the purchase within 30 days from the click.

Rewards are granted only for validated and confirmed subscriptions.

The reward amount is determined individually.

1.3. General Rules

To ensure fairness:

— fraudulent traffic is prohibited;

— self-referrals are not allowed;

— misleading users is prohibited;

— content must not harm the platform’s reputation.

1.4. Verification

Freunde Abo reserves the right to:

— review traffic sources;

— reject invalid or suspicious referrals;

— cancel rewards in case of violations.

1.5. Payments

— payment terms are agreed individually;

— rewards are paid only for confirmed subscriptions;

— refunds or cancellations may result in reward cancellation.

2. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Invite your friends to Freunde Abo and receive rewards for their subscriptions.

The Referral Program is designed for platform users and allows you to earn additional subscription days.

2.1. How it works

You receive a personal referral link.

If your friend signs up using your link and purchases a subscription,

you receive a reward.

2.2. Reward

For each invited user, you receive additional subscription days.

*The number of days and conditions are determined by the Platform and may change.

2.3. Conditions

A reward is granted only if the user:

— signs up via your referral link and purchases a subscription;

— is a new user of the platform;

— successfully completes the payment.

Registration alone does not qualify for a reward.

2.4. Fair Use

— referrals must be genuine;

— self-referrals are not allowed;

— fake accounts and artificial activity are prohibited;

— any abuse of the program is prohibited.

2.5. Verification

Freunde Abo reserves the right to:

— review referrals;

— cancel rewards in case of suspicious activity;

— limit or suspend participation.

2.6. Purpose

This program is intended for personal use only.

The Platform may modify the programs at any time.
